Absolutely! The wonderful thing about CrossFit is that it is100% scalable to each and every athlete (yes, I mean you!). Our Foundations program will teach you everything you will need to know to be successful in the group workouts. Try a free class, and we’ll show you how. Work hard and you will evolve.
I have a bad knee, can I do CrossFit?
Yes! We can tailor any workout to accommodate an injury, or a nagging issue. Over time, don’t be surprised if you see improvements!
What can I expect at my first CrossFit workout?
Classes are designed for universal scalability and anyone can participate. Your free trial will be an introduction to a small portion of the CrossFit methodology. Show up in clothes you are comfortable sweating in, with water and a positive attitude!
How often should I train per week?
The CrossFit prescription is 3 days on and 1 day off. Of course, life, work, and family do not always allow for that schedule. At a minimum, we want to see you 3 to 4 days per week. Consistency is huge factor to your success along with high intensity and recovery time.
