All new members must complete our Foundations program. We will teach proper barbell technique, body weight movements as well as proper use of various pieces of equipment such as kettlebells and medicine balls.
Each class consists of a warm up, instruction/practice and of course a workout. We will finish off each session with a cool down and stretch.

Really, it’s not! In our classes you get lots of attention from your coach, and more personal attention that you get at a regular gym. For a personal trainer at a “regular gym” you would pay $50 a session (minimum). See our comparison below.
